Our big tides mean the sea often goes out a long way on some beaches, including in St Aubin’s Bay, and one of our regular guests took the opportunity last week to walk out and explore the seabed beyond the fort.
While out there she looked back to see St Aubin’s village and harbour looking postcard-perfect in the spring sunshine.
Here are two more of the photographs she took and let us share with you:

Do be careful if you walk out at low tide, as the sea comes back in very quickly – the bigger the tide, the faster it rises and falls. Be aware of tide times (they change every day) and allow yourself plenty of time to get back onto dry land!
