1. When you leave the airport, take the first exit at the roundabout and follow the Avenue de la Reine for two minutes until you reach the next roundabout.

2. At this roundabout, take the second exit into La Route de Beaumont (which is also signposted as the A12 to St Helier).

3. Follow the road downhill until you reach the coast road, St Aubin’s Road (the A1), and turn right towards St Aubin.

4. You’ll reach St Aubin’s village very quickly – it’s 20mph through here.

5. As you approach the harbour, the main road turns sharp right up the hill and is now called Mont Les Vaux. Just before the bend, go straight on (but indicating left) to go into Le Boulevard.

Follow this along the harbour to the end. This is a small road but it’s two way and has pedestrians wandering around, so take care!

6. At the end, just before the Yacht Club, the road branches steeply to the right, up a hill called Mont de Boulevard. Carry on up here, bearing in mind it’s still two-way.

7. The road turns sharp right and then bears gently left past the Somerville Hotel. Just after the Somerville, you’ll see a small road off to the right – this is Market Hill (La Rue au Moestre) and is one-way from here. It is a ‘green lane’ so the speed limit is 15mph.

5. The road starts to go downhill,¬†and a few yards/metres after a bend to the right, you’ll find Porthole Suites – the car park is opposite, on your right.

NOTE: To drive away from the Porthole Suites, carry on in the same direction for a few seconds and you will reach the village of St Aubin and the main road.
