Abseil for the RNLI

There’s an unusual opportunity to enjoy a unique experience and support a very worth cause, should you happen to be in Jersey on May 8th – a chance to abseil for the RNLI – meaning you can abseil down the cliff at Noirmont Point and support the RNLI at the same time.

Sadly, one of Jersey’s most colourful characters passed away recently. Mark Le Riche (affectionately known as Mark The Fish) was well known for his support of worthy causes, including the RNLI, and Geordie, owner of local business Vertical Adrenalin, has organised a special event in his memory.

The event starts at 9.am on Sunday 8th.

Two of our guests have abseiled with Geordie at Noirmont before and report that it was both exciting and totally safe! Cost is £10 per person but donations are also welcome. Contact Geordie via Facebook or call him on 07797 939569 after 6.pm. The event’s page is https://www.facebook.com/events/1726080360980335/

Geordie says: “You can grab a sponsorship form from St Aubin’s Parish Hall. We are running this event purely to raise funds in Mark’s memory for a fantastic cause so please dig deep!
If you wish to partake in this event, you MUST message us to arrange a time slot or call us on 07797 939569 after 6pm.”

Go on – you know you want to!
